We have extensive experience in dealing with all facets of estate work, including settling estates, probate of wills, will disputes and nomination or replacement of liquidators.

 

We also advise clients on the importance of protection mandates (commonly referred to as a “living will”). Protection mandates are designed to nominate a person’s legal representative to their assets and person rights in the event they become incapacitated. We assist clients putting into force these protection mandates and contesting them if they are not valid.
