Jacob Falutz

Associate

Me Jacob Falutz primarily practices civil and commercial litigation and business law, assisting individual and corporate clients in all aspects of their files with passion and vigour. 

He graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Licentiate in Law and an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Development and Globalization and then obtained a Juris Doctor from the Université de Montréal. Me Falutz is fluent in both English and French and was called to the bar in 2022. 

After articling at a boutique law firm specializing in civil litigation and human rights law, Me Falutz joined a large regional firm where he practiced family law and labor and employment.

Me Falutz regularly pleads before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Tribunal administratif du logement. He represents clients in a wide range of areas, including landlord-tenant and real estate disputes, insurance claims, wills and estates, labour and employment and contractual and business disputes. Me Falutz also assists his clients with their business activities, such as the drafting and negotiating of contracts.

Me Falutz is a member of the board of directors for the Lord Reading Law Society and of the Hebrew Free Loan Association of Montreal.
