David Ettedgui primarily practices civil and commercial litigation and has represented clients in a wide range of areas, including various types of business and contractual disputes, defamation, employment, wills and estates, landlord-tenant disputes as well as real estate matters.

He has acted as counsel before the Quebec Court of Appeal as well as various other courts and tribunals in Quebec.

In addition to litigation, David Ettedgui is frequently called to assist his corporate and commercial clients with their ongoing business activities such as the negotiation of commercial leases, drafting contracts, legal opinions, negotiations, and the review and drafting of shareholder agreements and share purchase agreements.
